We Built This Because We Needed It Ourselves

Back in 2018, we were running a small consulting practice in La Plata. Every month felt like puzzle-solving—trying to match unpredictable income with fixed expenses while planning for growth. Traditional budgeting tools assumed steady paychecks. We didn't have those.

So we built something different. Something that actually worked for businesses and professionals whose income changes month to month.

Founded 2018

How We Got Here

2018

The Spreadsheet Phase

Started with Excel templates that we'd customize for each consulting project. Spent more time updating formulas than analyzing numbers. Knew there had to be a better approach.

2020

First Real Product

Built an actual platform after talking with freelancers, consultants, and small business owners across Buenos Aires. Learned that everyone struggled with the same irregular income patterns we did.

2022

Argentina Market Focus

Adapted our approach specifically for the Argentine business environment. Economic volatility became a feature to plan for, not a bug to ignore.

2025

Where We Are Now

Helping hundreds of professionals manage their finances with tools designed for reality, not textbook scenarios. Still based in La Plata, still solving the same core problem we started with.

What Actually Matters to Us

Realistic Planning

Budgets should accommodate variable income, not pretend it's stable. We design for the real world where some months are better than others.

Clear Numbers

No hidden formulas or black-box calculations. You should understand exactly where your money is and where it's going.

Adaptable Systems

Your financial situation changes. Your budgeting approach should flex with it instead of forcing rigid categories that never quite fit.

Local Context

Operating in Argentina means planning for currency fluctuations and economic shifts. We built these considerations into the core system.

How We Actually Work

Flexible by Design

Most budgeting systems were built for employees with regular salaries. That's fine if that's your situation. But if you're a consultant, freelancer, or business owner in Argentina, you need something that handles variability.

We start by looking at your actual income patterns over the past year. Not what you wish they were. Then we build buffers and planning frameworks around those real numbers.

1

Income Pattern Analysis

We examine three to six months of actual revenue data to identify your real earning patterns, not theoretical projections.

2

Buffer Construction

Build financial cushions based on your specific volatility patterns, creating realistic safety margins for lean periods.

3

Adaptive Categories

Create expense categories that shift with your income instead of staying rigid regardless of what's coming in.
